The mounting holes on the Demco Trailer Coupler - Cast - Adjustable Channel # DM14040-81 measure 2" on center (which I included a quick diagram of). It is typically used with something like the 6-Hole Adjustable Channel Bracket - Weld On - 12" Tall - 21,000 lbs # DM66134.
Do you know how your mounting holes measure? We probably have other options if it isn't the same as this.
