Looking to buy Pullrite 4500 5th wheel hitch. I see it requires additional plates, etc... I have a 2026 3500HD with factory prep for 5th wheel. Can you help?

Hey Richard! The PullRite SuperGlide 5th Wheel Hitch for Chevy/GM Factory Prep Package # PUL83RR is the correct version of the 4500 for your 2026 Silverado 3500 with the factory prep. You will also need a capture plate, which is pin box dependent.
Do you know what kind of pin box you have? For example, if you have a 12-3/4" wide Lippert 1621 you need the PullRite SuperGlide Quick Connect Capture Plate # PUL96RR. If you aren't sure I would be happy to look it up if you can give me the serial number off of the pin box sticker.
