Should Malone MicroSport to LowBed Trailer Conversion Support Tubes Have End Caps?

I am so pleased with these bars. I have a titan x 10.5 2025 kayak and had the U bar set up before where it was so high. The only question I have is, should I have end caps on these bars?

Hey Beth, thanks for reaching out. So technically yes, the load bars on the LowBed conversion kit # MAL33TR should have end caps. In their instructions Malone has you removing the end caps from the U bar and then re-using them on the ends of the lowering supports.

Did you save the end caps when you removed the U-bar? If not, you should be able to get some directly from Malone. I am sorry to say we don't stock replacement end caps here.

@JesseM I do have them and I did get take the caps off of them and onto the new bars. The new bars kind of changed their shape on the end because they compress when attaching them to the trailer but I got the ends to fit. Thank you for all your help. Beth.

Hey Brian, we've had customer upgrade from the 4.80-8 tire size on the Malone EcoLight trailer part #MAL43FR to the next larger size of 5.70-8 like the part #AM10013. Is that what you were looking for? Or did you mean upgrade in a different way?
