Hi Marc!
Though we do have both the rack and cover, we do not have it as a one piece kit for your truck. This looks to be due to there not being a BedLocker or JackRabbit with the Explorer rails available for your 2024 Ford F-250. I found this to be somewhat surprising, so I went on quite the journey of looking around multiple websites (manufacturer and others), but it really looks like Pace Edwards does not offer those covers for your truck.
However, while on this quest, I did find multiple people that installed the Contractor Rig Rack Truck Bed Ladder Rack # 311-CR6008 on the UltraGroove covers, so all is not lost. I have options for both bed sizes for that cover listed below:
6-3/4': Pace Edwards UltraGroove Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover - Aluminum and Vinyl - Matte Black # PE39QJ
8': Pace Edwards UltraGroove Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover - Aluminum and Vinyl - Matte Black # PE47QJ
As a side note, if you have the 6-3/4' bed, you should go with the Pace Edwards Contractor Rig Rack Truck Bed Ladder Rack # 311-CR4008 as it is intended for the shorter bed.
