Can Demco Trailer Coupler DM69FR be Welded On

Can this also be welded to the trailer frame? I am wanting to replace a pintle hitch with this ball hitch but Im afraid of having enough room for drilling mounting holes. Thanks

Hey Ed, yes you could install the Demco Trailer Coupler # DM69FR by welding it to your trailer instead of bolting it.

Yes, if you wanted to use the Curt Pintle Hook with 2-5/16" Ball #C45908 that you referenced in the rise position you certainly could. You'd flip the hook combo as well as the shank upside down and you'd be set.
