Question:
My 2025 Ford F450 Lariat FX4 has a top of axle to top of bump stop measurement of 60mm. Does this mean the F95FV Firestone Airide Red Label will not fit? What modification would be needed or am I better off to go with the AL26RF Air Lift LoadLifter 7500XL?

Hello David,
Since your 2025 F-450’s 60 mm measurement from the top of the axle to the top of the bump stop unfortunately puts you outside the range Firestone designed the F95FV Red Label kit for. Firestone only supports that kit when the measurement is exactly 40, 70, or 80 mm, so with your truck sitting at 60 mm, the brackets and the air springs wouldn’t line up or move through their travel the way they’re meant to.
The only way to “make it work” would be to change the bump-stop bracket height, but that isn’t something Firestone recommends or approves. Altering the bracket can change the geometry of the system, affect how the bags compress, and potentially create warranty or safety issues. Because of that, modifying the truck just to force the kit to fit really isn’t worth the trouble.
The much better option for your setup is the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500XL # AL26RF. This kit is specifically engineered for 2023–2025 F-450 4WD models, so it doesn’t rely on that bump-stop dimension at all. It gives you the same heavy-duty support, installs cleanly, and avoids all of the fitment uncertainty.
If you were looking for a great onboard compressor to pair the bags with, the Air Lift WirelessAIR Suspension System for Air Helper Springs Kit - Remote - Bluetooth - EZ Mount # AL27DQ. I really like how if comes with a remote, and is Bluetooth compatible so you can control the psi in your bags from the comfort of your cab.
So what are you hauling around with your F-450?
