Features to know about

Stay Level and Confident: Up to 7,500 lbs of Load-Leveling Support

When heavy trailers or bed loads make the rear sag, the LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate air springs keep things level. With up to 7,500 lbs of load-leveling capacity, these 7" diameter double-bellows springs support the rear suspension to improve braking, steering control, and overall handling. That means no more squat, no more uneven tire wear, and a safer, steadier ride when the weight piles on.

Smooth Out the Ride: Internal Jounce Bumper Protection

Even if you run your air bags underinflated or forget to top them off, these springs have your back. An internal jounce bumper built into each bag protects your suspension from bottoming out or taking damage. It soaks up harsh bumps and road shock so the ride feels smoother whether you’re towing a heavy load or driving empty.

Tune It to the Load: Adjustable Air Pressure from 5 psi to 100 psi

No two hauls are the same, and this setup lets you dial in exactly what you need. With manual inflation valves and air lines included, you can add or release air from 5 psi to 100 psi for precise leveling. Inflate both sides evenly for balanced loads or adjust them separately to correct side-to-side lean when cargo is off-center.

Built Tough for Long-Term Use: Reinforced Design and Quality Materials

These springs are made to handle real weight day after day. Each one uses 2-ply fabric-reinforced rubber with high-strength Zytel nylon endcaps that are lighter and stronger than steel while resisting corrosion. The kit includes upper and lower roll plates that protect the bags and increase load capacity, plus heavy-duty mounting brackets and hardware that bolt up securely for dependable long-term performance.

Ready for Future Upgrades: Compatible with Compressor Systems

For even more convenience, this system can be paired with an optional compressor setup and in-cab gauges (sold separately). That way you can monitor and adjust pressure right from the driver’s seat without reaching for manual valves—making it easy to keep your suspension dialed in no matter how your load changes.

Video Transcript for Review of Air Lift Vehicle Suspension - Towing/Load Leveling - AL26RF

Hi everyone, Steve here with etrailer.com. Who's ready to do some heavy duty hauling These are the AirLift LoadLifter 7,500 XL Ultimate Air Helper Springs for your rear axle. Folks, these are a custom fit application. Looks like they're gonna fit a 23 through 25 Ford F-450 Super Duty 4 Wheel Drive. That being said, make sure you're always double checking our fit guide here at etrailer.com and things like year, make, and model where it asks for vehicle information because sometimes these videos could be outdated, and it could potentially fit newer years and newer models as well. And you can always reach out to us as well by phone, chat, or email and we can assist you with anything as well.

Now what these are gonna do, they're gonna give you a up to 7,500 pounds of load lowering support, reducing the strain on the rear suspension, and improving both safety and ride quality. They're an impressive seven inch round diameter springs. They have more volume than Loadlifter 5,000 Air Springs giving you greater leveling strength at lower air pressures. And these also include an internal jounce bumper that's gonna prevent damage when driving, if you have like an inflated airbag or those kind of things. And it's also gonna give you some extra cushion and support inside.

It's gonna reduce the strain of your OEM suspension caused by extremely heavy loads and thus improving overall stability and ride quality. Now with this particular kit, you're going to be able to manually inflate or deflate and change your load pressure at the back, usually behind the rear bumper, somewhere back in there. You can upgrade in the future and get a compression system, an in-cap gauge. All that is sold separately, but you can use that and monitor it on the fly if you so choose. And this kit is compatible with most fifth wheel and gooseneck hitches.

So the only thing you'd probably run into a problem with is depending on where these mount up, if you had an odd fifth wheel or gooseneck bracket that was in the way or in the same spot, you may have to do some modification or something, but more likely than not, you shouldn't have to change anything. All the hardware's included, you have brackets, you have other brackets, the airline, trader valves, everything is here that you need to do that inflation when the time comes. And that's a different angle of that airbag. So again, seven inches. Very impressive.

I just have all this kind of loosely fit together. So bear with me when you see stuff spinning around here. I just wanted to give you a mockup the best I could without it being on the vehicle. And again, (gadget whooshing) they're gonna compress and come back under the strain and support your load. So obviously this is gonna help level front to rear. So a lot of people, whenever you're loading and you get that rear end sagging, it's pushing your headlights up, it's taking traction and support off of your front wheels and tires. And whenever you put that load level and support like these back on the back, it's gonna get you back level. Now you have better traction so you're safer and your headlights are pointing normally, you can see the road better, and it's just an overall more enjoyable experience in the end. Now this does come with Airlifts exclusive upper and lower roll plates that are included. So they're gonna increase and protect the springs from damage extending the life of this whole suspension as well. And these bags are constructed of a two-ply fabric reinforced rubber, and the end caps are made of high strength ZYLON nylon, which is lighter and stronger and more corrosion resistant than the steel ones that are out there from other brands. Well folks, I think that is gonna wrap it up for our quick look together. Once again, if you have questions about this or anything else, reach out to us. We're here to help you. I'm Steven, stay safe while you're towing.

This is my second Air Lift 7500XL purchase from Etrailer. Each time the and (actually) everything I've purchased here has been great and the experts that have helped along the way have been top-notch. I highly recommend the Air Lift 7500XL bags, I had them on a 2008 Silverado 2500HD extended cab, and my current truck, 2008 Silverado 2500HD Crew Cab. I haul a 20' double axel steel livestock trailer and slide-in truck camper. My family shows livestock and the air lift system handles it all great.

Helper air bags work great to support truck when loaded and pulling a travel trailer. Helps level out truck and keeps headlights where I need them.

by:

I have a couple thousand miles on them now and happy to have them. I put a compressor and tank onboard. I have an in cab gauge with controls to inflate and deflate. All is working great. There is a lot of finagling to get the bags into place but the instructions and videos we found made sure it was a complete job.

I have a 2020 Ford F-250 Lariat FX diesel and I pull a 2022 Jayco Eagle HT fifth wheel with a GVWR of 10,995 lbs. I noticed when I was hooked up to my trailer and raised my landing gear the back of my truck would squat causing my headlights to shine somewhat into the sky and sometimes while traveling the interstate in construction zones the ride was rough. So I decided to add airbags. I chose the Air Lift Load Lifter 7500 XL Air helper springs(#AL55FJ). I had them installed by a local garage and he did a great job installing them. I love the end result a much smoother ride and the braking seems smoother also I can easily level off my truck with the 7500 XL Air lift system allowing my headlights to shine straight out now. I give these guys five stars.

In addition to adding the Air Lift 7500 XL system I also had the Air Lift Wireless Air compressor System(#AL58WQ) installed and it is Bluetooth, compatible on my iPhone which is amazing. I can control the lift on my bags individually or paired together with the touch of my phone. No stopping and getting out in the rain or looking for an air hose. I can sit in my cab or get out and increase or decrease the amount of air in my Air Lift system. I can also do it manually if I so choose. In the photo you can see where I mounted the two air fitting on my crossmember right below the compressor on the frame. There were already two holes there so and can be accessed easily. I am very satisfied with my compressor system and I give this a thumbs up in addition to the five stars.

Great product and super fast delivery. Everything was easy to install on my 2026 Ram 2500 Big Horn, Extremely pleased with Etrailer!

by:

Product is great tight fit, I do a lot of mechanical work, about a 12 hour install taking my time, my advice to someone that doesn’t have much mechanical experience or the tools and lift or jacks to have it installed

by:

This was the answer to our problem with our Bigfoot 2500 Cabover Camper on our 2021 Ram 2500 long bed truck! The first time we loaded the camper on the truck it swayed terribly from side to side even at a low speed and was unsafe. After installing the air lift springs everything was fine! We are very pleased with them!

by:

Installment instructions are very vague for a novice. If you don't have a vehicle lift it is very difficult.

by:

I tow heavy often heavy is dependent on your situation but for me is 25-33k gross on my gooseneck trailer with different equipment I have and sometimes hay I have the air fittings at my license plate to fill each bag individually have had zero issues with bags or lines I'm giving 4 stars only for I wish they would send a T fitting to make the bags a single point fill if you choose hopefully they read this and start adding that as an option installations was super easy but I am also a mechanic by trade instructions were very clear and easy I will definitely buy again if given the opportunity

by:

I installed this air bag suspension on my 2024 Ford F-350 platinum crew cab single rear wheel.I pull a custom 33 ft 7’3” high enclosed trailer for my classic car .I all so made the interior into living quarters for those weekend shows. The air suspension work like a dream every thug is going down the road with no sag perfectly level .

by:

Installed the Air Lift 7500XL air bags on my 2024 Ford F350.My fifth wheel trailer has a 2500 pound tongue weight and would squat the rear suspension about 3 inches. With the air bags I can level the truck to a perfect ride height. One helpful tip,if you are installing these yourself follow the installation video on etrailer.com.Their technician made an easy to follow step by step installation video..

by:

Totally awesome air bags and a great fit on a 2013 f350 super duty .

by:

Got My Order right away, everything was intact, no damage. I had watched some install videos online which helped with the instructions. Had to make minor alterations, one was the cut out for the axle vent tube which was mentioned in the instructions, the other was to cut off the corner of the top mount to give clearance to the exhaust shown by the red arrow in photo. I'm sure not every exhaust is exactly in this position, but mine was, not a big deal. This install was on a 2009 Dodge Ram 2500 4WD.

by:

Have these installed on a 2016 F350 dually for towing a 5th wheel rv. Also installed the onboard Air Lift compressor.
Should have made this upgrade years ago. The abrupt jolt felt when traveling on rough roads is gone. These replaced a set of Timbrens. I was happy with them but the airbags provide such a better overall ride.

by:

These bags are great, and the associated Brackets have held up! Installation isn’t the funnest thing to do on the ground but is doable. I would buy them again!

by:

I'm a carpenter by trade and I'm always a little hesitant to do any kind of work on my truck. I usually take it to a mechanic and have them deal with bolts that don't want to break free and snap or not having the right tools at the moment. I did these air bags on my 17 ram 2500 in 2 hrs. You can literally do these with the tools every red blooded American man should already have. I pre-assembled them the night before on my tool bench and sprayed some penetrating spray on the old rusted bump stops. The next morning I install them on the truck and ran the airlines. I went back and forth between these and the timbermens. I don't regret these airbags at all. Plan on pulling a 37-ft travel trailer.

by:

Quality is 5 stars. The instructions were lacking for the install on my 2026 F350. All the parts worked but not as noted. Had to reassemble couple times/things. Called Airlift they stated that a 2026 is not listed yet. Was told before ordering 26 was. But I am happy with the way the finished product after the head scratching and profanity. :)

by:

Great product. It took most of a day to install, but the results made it worth it.

The squat is gone. The ride is smoother, the steering is better, and the whole rig is level. It’s everything I needed!

by:

Just installed these on a 4wd SRW F350 Superduty for suspension assist when rowing our 5th wheel. No real time use yet but the install went well despite working off the ground with a jack to lift the frame for clearance. The video tutorials were very helpful along with the included inductions.

by:

One day, I went onto the ET site and discovered the product was 40%. I had been contemplating buying the bags, as I had installed them on a previous truck I had. I installed them myself (and my nephew) in about 6 hours. We weren't rushing, as I had set aside the whole day for the installation. It's nice to have a second pair of hands outside the truck. The installation went well, except for the long carriage bolts on the driver's side and some confusion about which hole they went into. We initially picked the wrong one, which slowed the installation by disassembling the bottom plate to move them. All in all, the installation went well, and I am happy with them. They aired up fine. Now, to figure out what pressure to run them at.

Don't hesitate, get these on your truck. You won't regret it.

The airbags are great for towing, but horrible for everyday driving with no load on them. Even with 5 PSI they feel like a rock. One side does not hold air and soapy water does not reveal air bubbles, so I am at a loss where to start troubleshooting. The warranty says keep 5 psi in the bags which means I have to inflate every day on that side. Super inconvenient. When I have my trailer (29’ freedom express) the ride is phenomenal, so even with all that whining above the airbags help with sag and smooth the ride (600 lb) tongue weight on my power wagon 2500 which had a softer suspension. I hope this information is beneficial. Would be five stars if not for the leak.

by:

I haul a Northern Lite 10-2 truck camper and the Airlift 7500 air bags are working out great. I have lower stabiloads that work great as well but the camper is significantly heavier on the right side so the airbags help level things up. Adding the on board compressor has been really helpful and I’m impressed with how quickly the compressor fills the bags. I have used it to help level the camper at campsites. As others have said the bolts at the top of the bags can be challenging to install so remove the spare tire and rear shocks to save yourself some trouble. I also made a tapered wooden dowel to make alignment of the bolts easier. Happy with my purchase.

by:

My rating is on install haven't pulled trailer yet. The install took about 2hrs very easy with the Instruction manual! So far very impressed. The price was great too!

by:

Watching the installation video provided by the web site will make your life easier as it gives great explanations and tips.
I suggest having a few extra "pilot" drill bits on hand as I broke several due to not having a good right angle grill and the space between the frame rail and body was tight.
A right-angle drill is a must have to complete the installation of the pump and controller.
Installation was easy but I took my time and completed in 5 hrs.
As for the product, all parts delivered in the kit. Wire Harness and Airline lengths were more than ample for a 2025 F350 Long box.
Set up of controller and Phone app blue tooth was very easy. Very impressed with the phone app and response from the pump.
I ran a few days without this due to shipping delays. This is a must have if you pull different trailers or more than once a week. Filling with an air compressor is a PAIN!

This was a great upgrade for my 19 Ram 2500. Easily installed, had an issue with a leaking airline fitting but customer service addressed it and so far the bags have been operating on my truck for a year-and no complaints so far. Truck handles better when towing or cargo loaded into the bed. Highly recommend.

  • What Air Bags do I Need for My 2025 Ford F-450 Lariat with Bump Stop Measuring 60mm?
Hello David, Since your 2025 F-450’s 60 mm measurement from the top of the axle to the top of the bump stop unfortunately puts you outside the range Firestone designed the F95FV Red Label kit for. Firestone only supports that kit when the measurement is exactly 40, 70, or 80 mm, so with your truck sitting at 60 mm, the brackets and the air springs wouldn’t line up or move through their travel the way they’re meant to. The only way to “make it work” would be to change the bump-stop bracket...

  • Rear Suspension Enhancement Option For 2023 Ford F450 Super Duty Cab And Chassis
Hello Dustin, thanks for reaching out. I am sorry to say the Air Lift # AL26RF will not fit the 2023 Ford F450 cab and chassis. Sadly, there is no air bag kit confirmed to fit the cab and chassis model. The only suspension enhancement option we have for the cab and chassis model is the Timbren # TFRSDJ. These are 12,000 lb rated rubber jounce springs. They will help to level and stabilize the rear of your truck so they will help with handling and reduce sway. Take a look at the install...

Hello Timothy. The Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL26RF, are a confirmed fit for your truck. The reason I recommend these is because they're compatible with a compressor system and they are the heavier duty Air Lift option that you're looking for. These springs will work with your factory/OEM 5th wheel and gooseneck, along with most aftermarket setups. Now, to get you away from manually adjusting pressure, the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor # AL74000EZ is...
