Hey Mark. I can confirm that the PullRite ISR Series SuperLite 5th Wheel Hitch - 20,000 lbs item # PUL53RR will indeed mount to the PullRite ISR 5th wheel rails you have installed on your 2004 Ram truck. The ISR in both product descriptions stands for Industry Standard Rail so you're good to go.
The PullRite ISR Series SuperLite 5th Wheel Hitch item # PUL53RR does not require safety chains.
What kind of 5th wheel trailer do you have?
You can add this information and any other questions you have where it says Reply to Jerred H and I'll be happy to answer them.

Hey Mark, how did things go pairing the SuperLite 5th wheel hitch with your ISR rails on the Ram? It’d be great to hear how the setup handled once everything was connected. Your update could make it easier for others using the same rail system.
