Hi William!
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class IV - 2" # C14017 will allow an 18" spare tire to still be stored under the bed of your 2025 Ford F150 Lariat. If you have a larger spare tire though, it will no longer fit, unfortunately. I included an image of this hitch with the 18" spare for you to check out as well.
Do you know what size your spare is? And, are you wanting to upgrade the carrying/towing capacity of the hitch your truck came with? I have heard the factory hitch can be a little lacking.

I don't understand the 18" statement. It seems that the total diameter of the tire would be the limiting factor which would be somewhere between 33" and 35".
