Is there a lock for the reciever bolt instead of just the pin clip? It looks like it is designed for a lock to snap on the end.

Hey Scott, welcome back! We do have a locking hitch pin for the Swagman Swivel Hitch Extender item # S86SR. However, there is no lock that can be placed on the threaded pin included with the extender. You'll need the Locking Anti-Rattle, Threaded Hitch Pin for Swagman 2" Hitch Racks item # S64027.
The item # S64027 locking hitch pin fits 2" hitches and is threaded to match the Swagman item # S86SR. I've attached a diagram below that will show you the dimensions.
