What are the torque specs for the bolts? No paperwork came with the hitch and nothing is written on the box.

Hey Ryan, welcome back! The Curt Pintle Hook item # C48210 includes 4 four 1/2" grade 8 bolts that need to be torqued to 90 ft-lbs. This pintle hook has a 20,000 lbs capacity and is compatible with 2-1/2" and 3" lunette rings.
