Our 2018 Keystone Cougar slide is only 36 inches deep. Will the Rest Easy sofa hit the wall when opened?

The 68" wide Thomas Payne Rest Easy Trifold loveseat - whether it’s the Dellmead # TP49KR, Driftwood # TP69KR, or McCoy # TP79KR, no-wall-clearance is required, meaning the bed folds forward into the room instead of back. That’s a big reason they’re so popular for slideouts and tight spaces.
Just be sure you’ve got about 81 inches of open floor space when it’s in bed mode for full extension and comfort.

We swapped our old jackknife sofa for the McCoy trifold in a 34" slide and can confirm - no clearance issues at all. Fits great. it didnt' come with mounting hardware though.
