After doing a bit of digging and research, I found that the Thomas Payne Trifold RV Loveseat in Seaport Mink, part # LC94FC, is made with PolyHyde material, which is known for its durability and easy-to-clean surface. It’s also backed by a 5-year hydrolysis warranty, giving you extra peace of mind.

I went out to the warehouse to checked the packaging for any manufacturing dates, but unfortunately, there wasn’t one listed on the box. However, Thomas Payne first introduced the Seaport Mink color in 2020. Hope this information helps you out. Let me know if you run into any more questions.

we were wondering if this tri fold sofa is available in a cloth type light gray fabric. were comparing it to the camping-world kathy ireland 77" Toreg Stone color. thanks for any help robert bagdanove lake havasu city, az

@RobertB We do have two couches that are in a lighter gray color with a woven fabric material. The lightest of the two is the Bowery Cobblestone. That couch is only available in a 68" wide which is part # LC54FC. We also have a Canvas Back Granite in a 62" and that's part # LC42PX.
