Question:
Would like help in finding Trailer electric brake assembly and drum. I currently have a Lippert 3500 lbs. axel with B10E-22 Axletek-10-GG brake assembly. I wish to change to self-adjusting brakes, can you suggest any full brake kits for my two axel trailer?

Hello Phil! Sure can! The Lippert 3,500 lb axles use a standard brake size and bearing combination, so we can absolutely provide self-adjusting brakes and new hubs for that. Here is what I recommend:
- etrailer Electric Trailer Brakes - Self-Adjusting - 10" - Left/Right Hand Assemblies - 3.5K # AKEBRK-35-SA
- Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3.5K Axles - 10" - 5 on 4-1/2 - Pre-Greased # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K
Our brakes are actually made by Axletek so they will be quite similar to what you have now, only self-adjusting. The hubs come pre greased with bearings, races, seal, lug nuts and grease cap. Keep in mind the brakes are sold as a pair, and the hubs are sold individually. The hubs are 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern which is standard, but please still confirm this matches your wheels.
Are both axles equipped with brakes? Or just one?
Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help!

Thank you Jesse I appreciate you doing the leg work for me. Yes both my axles will require full brake kits 4 brake assembles total and have confirm hubs to be 5 on 4-1/2” bolt pattern. However regarding the 4 mounting bolts on the backing plate (Akebrk-35-SA), I have measured bolt spacing to be 3” from each other and there is no mention of this dimension anywhere, can you confirm the backing plate mounting bolts to be 3” spacing? Thank You Phil
