Does the 9-16" U-Bolt Kit Require Lock Washers?

I just received part APUBR, does this require lock washers?

No, they do not require lock washers. The torque specs for the 9/16" diameter U-bolts item # APUBR-9 is 65-95 ft lbs. With that amount of torque on the nuts they would not back off.
