Hello, I have a 2018 Thor Hurricane motorhome gas coach and will be towing a 2025 Jeep Wrangler. Plan to purchase the Blue Ox Ascent tow bar and Demco Stay-IN-Play Duo braking system. Can you recommend the other items I will need for this setup? Thanks, Joe

Hey Joe, since you will have a Blue Ox tow bar you will want a Blue Ox base plate kit and for that the correct fit for your 2025 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited is the part # BX1139.
For lighting you can use the diode kit, # RM-15267, and not have to worry about cutting into the taillight housing. This will splice into your taillight wiring to allow your tow vehicle to control the taillight assemblies of the towed vehicle. This comes with a round 6-way connector that you will install on the front of your towed vehicle and enough coiled wire to go from there to the RV.

Jameson, will it be necessary or benneficial to install Roadmaster Stoplight Switch kit in the Jeep?
