Hi Zach!
The Gen-Y Torsion Weight Distribution Shank - 2" Hitches - 6-1/2" Drop/Rise - 1,100 lbs TW # GY54FR will definitely help relieve some of the stress on the frame of your camper. It will also have the added benefit of reducing some of the road shock that gets transferred to your truck too, so that's always nice!
Just be aware this does have a maximum tongue weight capacity of 1,100 pounds and a maximum towing capacity of 10,000 pounds. It will cover most campers, but I still wanted to point it out.
Oh and you will still want to set your air bags before setting up your weight distribution system with this. Speaking of which, how is that working for you? Any more sagging?
