No, it does not Greg but I have one that does. For 13" wheels you'll need the Easy Grease Trailer Idler Hub for 2K Axles item # AKIHUB-545-2-LFEZ-2K. This is also a pre-greased idler hub with 5 on 4-1/2 lug nut pattern that has item # L44649 inner and outer bearings. It has a 2,000 lbs capacity and is sold individually.
The item # AKIHUB-545-2-EZ-2K you were looking at only works with 10" to 12" wheels.
