Hey Todd, welcome back! The Lippert Trailer Idler Hub Kit item # LC94ZP is sold individually and fits a 2,200 lbs axle. It uses Item # L44649 inner and outer bearings. This hub comes pregreased with hubs, races, and seals already installed. It also includes new lug nuts and a EZ lube grease cap.
You don't have to use the included washer when installing the Lippert Trailer Idler Hub Kit for 2,200-lb Axles item # LC94ZP. You are correct most idler hubs do not have that additional washer. If you have room to tighten the castle nut down and insert the pin with it, I do recommend using it.
20 ft lbs is going to be a good starting point for torquing the castle nut. The bearings come preinstalled in the racings so you don't have to worry about torque specs. I recommend starting at 20 ft lbs and spinning the hub. If the hub can spin and you're not getting any movement, you're good to insert the cotter pin.

Thanks for your reply. I have an Aluma 6310 LTD trailer (2005). I installed new hubs on both sides of the trailer, installation was quick and easy using these pre-greased hubs!!
