Question:
I have a Sterling tow hitch and the one locking arm doesn’t stay locked . Can I get parts to fix this problem or must I get new arms?

Roadmaster is really good at offering a bunch of replacement parts for their tow bars. The picture below is a blow out pic of all the different parts available. If you look at the right corner where the circle is, that's a zoom in of the locking latch. Part # RM910652 will come with new caps and springs that are inside the housing. You will need to know what the serial number is for your tow bar.
They also do offer the replacement handle in case you need to replace that as well, that's part # RM-750600
