How to replace handle on a #576 tow bar?

The Replacement Handles for Roadmaster Sterling All Terrain Tow Bar # RM-910003-35 are held in place with pins. These should be reused from the original handles. I included a picture from the instructions for the Sterling tow bar # RM-576 that shows this better.
