Hey Robert. The Ford F-53 chassis your 2019 Fleetwood Bounder 35K was built on has a 8,000 lbs towing capacity so you'll be good. It looks like a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Sahara weighs around 4,400 lbs so you won't be over capacity for that hitch. There's nothing you can add to increase the towing capacity of your Bounder or hitch.
Here's the parts you'll need to flat tow a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara:
Tow Bar and Safety Chains - etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar for Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plates item # e74ZR
Base Plate Kit - Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms item # RM-521453-5
Wiring Harness - Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit item # RM-15267
Supplemental Braking System - Demco Stay-IN-Play Duo Braking System for RVs w/ Hydraulic Brakes item # DM86VR.
High Low Adapter - The tow bar needs to be within 3" of level. If you measure the height of the inside top of the hitch receiver tube on your RV, and the height difference is more than 3 inches above/below the base plate tab height, you'll need a high/low adapter. I have linked a FAQ article that explains all this in more detail along with our selection of adapters.
Have you flat towed a vehicle before or is this going to be your first time?

Jarred, I require a 4" drop so need a high/ low adapter. Do you recommend getting a dual hitch adapter in case I need to install a bike rack etc behind motorhome? Robert
