I recently purchased a Reese WD Hitch and now realize I need a Pole Tongue Adapter. Is the # RP58393 the correct one for this application.

The Pole Tongue Adapter selected is appropriate for your 12,000/1,200 lbs weight distribution system. Please keep in mind that the trailer frame must have a minimum width of 2 inches and cannot exceed 4 inches. It needs a minimum height of 3 inches and cannot exceed 7 inches.

I went out into our warehouse and measured the Reese Pole-Tongue Adapter part #RP58393 and found that it would add 3-1/4 inches to the top of the trailer frame it was installed on in the front and 3-1/2 inches in back.
