Hey Roger,
Definitely smart to check on the ground clearance to avoid any possible interference, and I can tell you the front-mounted hitch that fits your 2025 Chevy Silverado 2500 that has the best ground clearance is the option from EcoHitch:
- EcoHitch Hidden Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # EH57FR
This gives you 15-1/2" from the ground to the top of the receiver (or 13-1/2" from the ground to the bottom of the receiver), which is 1-1/2" more than the Curt # C52NR that also fits your truck. The # EH57FR also has better bumper clearance and, at least in my opinion, looks better because the receiver tube is hidden instead of protruding out under the truck.

Hey Roger, how did the EcoHitch front hitch work out on your Silverado 2500? Did the extra ground clearance make a noticeable difference for you? Your update could make it easier for others comparing these two options.
