Question:

I own a Chevy classic 2007 crew cab with and 8’ bed and duel rear wheels. I’m experience sway when I have my slide in camper on board. I lie the sound of the timbres. What model should I order and should I have them on the front as well?

Hey David, thanks for the information! The Timbren Suspension Enhancement System item # TGMRTT35S is definitely going to help with that top heavy sway feeling you're getting when you haul your camper with your 2007 Chevrolet Silverado 3500. The issue with Timbren's is that they're notoriously rough when you're not weighing the rear end down. Especially if you have older or original suspension components. You'll rattle your kidneys driving down the road and your backs going to hate you.

Instead of Timbrens, I recommend the SumoSprings Rebel Custom Helper Springs item # SSR-201-47-2. These have a similar concept with the more weight you put on them the more support they provide. However, they're much better when you're not weighing down the rear end.

The SumoSprings item # SSR-201-47-2 have a 5,000 lbs capacity an are compatible with the dually models. They set themselves apart from the Timbrens because they have a 2-piece design. If you're not putting weight on them they won't engage. This translates to a far more comfortable ride quality when you're not hauling around your camper.

As far as front end support goes. How far over the top of your cab does your camper extend?

You can add this information and any other questions you have where it says Reply to Jerred H and I'll be happy to answer them.
