Flush Rails - Aluminum - Black - Qty 2 Part Number: TH34QG Cover for base foot came off. Need to get a replacement of just one foot cover. Help please

To replace one cover for a foot off of your Thule WingBar Evo Roof Rack # TH34QG you need the Rail Cover # TH83DH.

Was it faulty? Or do you think it just wasn't secured completely before heading down the road?
