Hi Walter!

I do have a similar option for the 265/70-17 tires on your 2019 Toyota 4Runner, but the Konig Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - Square Link - Self Tensioning - 1 Pair # TH01594225 are not going to fit. The largest these will fit are 215/60-16 and 215/65-15.

For your 265/70-17 tires, you will want the Konig Commercial Truck Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - Square Link - Assisted Tensioning - 1 Pair # th01571267. They aren't self tensioning, but they are some of the easier ones to install. You will also not need an additional adjuster as that is built into them.

Hey Matt, we have the pewag Brenta C tire chains #PWXMR82V which are a fit for your tire size 265/70R17 and would provide great traction in snow and mud. These are also a little easier to install as well.
