Hi Montrellius!

The Curt Above-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Fifth Wheel Rails - 3" Offset - 25,000 lbs # 16055 does indeed include the pins and clips needed to attach it to above bed rails. Four of each, to be exact. Other than the rails already in your bed, you will not need anything else to get this installed.

However, some states do require the safety chain loops to not be attached to the hitch, which the # 16055 technically is when installed on rails. If you live in one of those states, you will also want to grab the Curt Safety-Chain Loops for Gooseneck Hitches on 5th Wheel Rails - 20,000 lbs # C16000. This also includes the pins and clips needed to attach them to your rails.

@MontrelliusB Nice truck! I asked because the # 16055 has 25,000 pounds of capacity, which looks to be slightly higher than your truck's capacity. So you will get full use out of your towing capacity. Which is nice! : )
