Most fifth wheel rails are made to the same industry standard dimensions. They aren't all though.

If you measure 22 inches on center between the two rails and they look like the rails of the # RP30035 that you referenced they would be the industry standard.

These rails can fit hitch brands Curt, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Reese, Valley and Husky.

It kind of depends on what brand you have for your Ram and what exact kit, but the rails from a 2012 Ram pickup can possibly be used for a 2016 Toyota Tundra - you just need to confirm what you have on your Ram and then make sure you get the correct mounting brackets for your Tundra. For example, the Rails # RP58058 are universal and fit the vast majority of trucks on the market, but the mounting brackets needed for the install can vary. For your '16 Tundra you'd need # RP50084.
