Hi Jim; the Provider HD 215/75R17.5 Radial Trailer Tire # TTWP15175 is designed to run at max psi. The tire has a max load of 4,805 lbs at 123 psi assuming it is a single tire setup. The only trailer tires we carry at this time that have a variable load rating depending on the psi are Goodyear.

Robin, my 5th wheel has a regular GVWR of 19,084 lbs and a regular weight of approximately 16,000 lbs on 4 tires. My concern is over inflating my tires will result in uneven tire wear--wearing only in the center of the tire. At full load, I require only 4,771 lbs per tire and under regular weight I would require only 4,000 lbs per tire. While I understand Provider may not publish an inflastion table, I can't imagine much difference in any similar load rated tire so my guess is I should be at approximately 100 psi up for 4,000 lbs and 123 psi at full 4,771 lb load.

@Jim if you're worried about overinflation I would invest in a good gauge and a TPMS system # TM89FR to monitor the tires. Keeping them at the max cold psi is a lot easier, and something you can actually track. If you're thinking they're going to run higher when they heat up from driving that is factored into the max psi so temperature fluctuation is ok. Overinflating isn't good and can cause issues, but so can overloading. If you're wrong you might end up with a blowout. It isn't just this manufacturer, it is the majority of trailer tire manufacturers that want the tires run at max psi. Ultimately, it is up to you how you want to run your tires. I don't recommend trying to guess what they can handle at 100 psi or anything other than the max.
