No, it does not. The outer bearing on the CE Smith Trailer Idler Hub item # CE13515, you were looking at comes pre-greased and pre-installed. You'll just want to spread some grease on your trailer's spindle and slide it into position. This hub has a 5 on 4-1/2 lug pattern, it fits a #84 spindle, and is sold individually.
