Hey Lyn, a rear sway bar is definitely going to help with the handling of your 2013 GMC Sierra 2500 that has a Lance Camper 825. Since that's a pretty large camper I would go with a thicker sway bar as the thicker the bar the more it will prevent body roll and improve handling. The thickest sway bar we have that fits your truck would be the Roadmaster part # RM59MR which is 1-1/2 inch thick. The Hellwig part # HE56FR isn't a bad option but it's thinner at 1-5/16 inch so I would go with the thicker Roadmaster.

Did the Timbrens and Torklifts help much?

Thank you for your advice. Many other Lance 825 (smallest four season Lance without slides) owners who run on 2500’s have recommended the big wig heliwig to me so I suppose I will now look into your suggestion before making the purchase. Got timbrens and torklifts from you last fall and very happy with those.

@JamesonC Either bar will be an improvement for sure. We've had such great luck with the Roadmaster bars that if it was my truck that is what I would go with.
