Hello Trent,
No, I am sorry but you cannot mount a bike rack to the top of our 24x60 etrailer Enclosed Cargo Carrier for RV Bumper - Steel - 440 lbs # e34VV.
You could however get a front hitch for your 2024 Jeep Gladiator. The Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # C31086 would be a great fit just as long as you do not have the Mojave or Rubicon.
