Is there currently a front hitch available for a 2018 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited JL? If so do any parts or skid plates need to be removed? Please describe the installation of available?

As long as you have the factory front bumper on your 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon, the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 65079 is a confirmed fit. I've attached the installation details for you. It does not require any drilling but you will need to trim your fascia where the hitch extends and the front metal air dam will be permanently removed.
The Curt # C31086 is also a confirmed fit with the same installation, but it is rated for a line pull of 3,500 lbs versus the 9,000 lb rating of the Draw-Tite as well has having a smaller vertical load capacity.
