2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee, will using the MOPAR RV towing wiring harness kit 82216418AA eliminate having to use the diode kit for towing behind a motorhome.

That's a really great route when it comes to flat tow wiring for your Jeep, David.
I did double check on the part number that you mentioned and it doesn't look like that part is a fit for you Jeep based off information on a few sites that specialize in MOPAR parts. My best recommendation would be to go with part # RM-15267 or part # RM63MR if you have the ParkSense feature on your Jeep. Both of these wiring options would also need a charge line kit like part # RM-156-25 for your Jeep and part # RM-156-75 if there is not a charge line present on your RV.

Thanks Gwendolyn, those pictures are of a Jeep Wrangler rear lights, I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee WL body style and with the Overlander package I think I have rear ParkSensen but not 100% positive since we just got the vehicle.
