Replacement Leaf Springs, Shackle Straps, and Equalizers for a 2006 Big Tex 70CH Trailer

Question:
I have a 2006 Big Tex 70CH 16 ft trailer with worn spring bushings and possibly worn equalizers and shackles and bolts. I really won’t know the extent until disassembled. This trailer has 3500 lb axles. The trailer is at another property I have so I’m hopeful y’all may know the specs and parts needed to replace the repair/replace the spring bushing or springs, equalizers and shackles ect. Let me know if this is enough information to determine what’s needed to refresh the suspension of this trailer. Thanks

Hey Shawn. There's no database that shows what parts are only trailers like you see with cars and trucks. What you're going to need to do is take measurements of the equalizers and shackle straps from the center of the bolt holes. You'll also need to get the weight off of one side of your suspension and measure one of the leaf springs from bolt hole to bolt hole without the weight of the trailer on it.
You can add this information and any other questions you have where it says Reply to Jerred H and I'll be happy to answer them.

Hey Shawn, did you have a chance to take those measurements of the equalizers, shackle straps, and leaf springs? If you’re still looking for a solution, I’m happy to help.
