Hi Elliott!
The Advent Air RV Air Conditioner - 15,000 Btu - White - R32 # ADV86SR can replace your Dometic Duo-Therm 59516.331, but you will need a few other parts (listed below) to accomplish it.
Air Distribution Box w/ Wall-Mounted Thermostat for Advent Air RV Air Conditioners - White - R32 # ADV98SR
Start Capacitor for Advent Air RV Air Conditioners # ACMSCKIT
We have this as a complete set up with the Advent Air RV Air Conditioner System - Single Zone - 15,000 Btu - White - R32 # ADV92SR.
The R32 coolant systems that all manufacturers were required to change to in 2025 so they could meet new EPA regulations are not backwards compatible and cannot be used with anything pre-2025. I know that's a bummer and probably not what you were hoping to hear, but there isn't any way around it, unfortunately.
Was the Duo-Therm the original AC on your 2003 Canyon River?
