Hey Bill. To replace your Dometic Duo Therm 59516.751 AC unit you'll need to replace the entire system including the air box and any thermostat you may or may not have. In 2025 all RV AC systems had to change over to a new refrigerant called R32. This was a EPA mandated decision. Your Dometic has the older 410a refrigerant so nothing with R32 is compatible.
The best option is going to be one of the new Furrion Chills. These systems are brand new for 2025 and will you bump you up to 18,000 Btu while using your existing wiring. The Chill Cube uses a variable speed compressor, which makes it incredibly efficient and unbelievably quiet. They come in both ducted and ductless setups. I have listed the options below:
Furrion Chill Cube RV AC w Air Distribution Box, Thermostat - Ducted - 18,000 Btu - White item # FR69TD or Black item # FR49TD
Furrion Chill Cube RV Air Conditioner w Air Distribution Box - Ductless - 18,000 Btu - White # FR59TD or Black item # FR27TD
Does your system have a thermostat and is it ducted or ductless?
You can add this information and any other questions you have where it says Reply to Jerred H and I'll be happy to answer them.

Hey Bill, did you decide to go with one of the Furrion Chill Cube air conditioners for your setup? It’d be great to hear how the new system is working with your existing wiring. Your update could make it easier for others replacing older Dometic units.
