Hi Paul!
The Single-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for Double-Eye Springs - 3-1/4" Front, 1-1/4" Rear # CES32WR will fit the standard 1-3/4" double eye leaf springs. There are a few other sizes of double eye springs, but they are extremely uncommon.
What are you wanting to install this on? And, do you already have leaf springs you will be using?
