Hi Mike!
These are both very similar. Both are 13.5k BTU, white, made for ducted systems, and complete set ups. The only difference is the GE Appliances Deluxe RV AC System # GE52ZR has a heat pump and the GE Appliances Deluxe RV AC System # GE83ZR does not. So, if you needed the heat pump, go with the # GE52ZR. If you do not, go with the # GE83ZR.
