You are incorrect about the amp draw requirements, they both according to the respective owners' manuals only require 12-gauge wire with 15- or 20-amp breakers, what would be nice at the very least is a starting and running amp draw on all a/c and heat pumps and also seer ratings, its required for house units, why not rv's. This makes it very hard for everyone to make informative and wise decisions. I am currently in contact with GE with these Questions, which at this point have no answers, this situation seems to be a problem with all the manufactures.
