Question:
I have a 2021 KZ Sportsmen SE 281BHSE that I need to replace the brake assembly on. If I put my camper information in the website it recommends AKEBRK-35 which has a 3500 lb rating. But I have noticed my axels are rated for 4400 lbs. The sticker on the old brake assembly was hard to read but the best I can make out is: B44EA-22 AXLETEK 44-GG CAN3-D313-M85 DATE 09-16-2019 What is the correct brake assembly for my camper?

Hey Charles, so the 4,400 lb trailer axles are a bit confusing but we can still help and the correct replacement assembly would be the part # AKEBRK-35L-SA. Some 4,400 lb axles like yours use the components that are normally found on 3,500 lb axles which is why it seems like this is an underrated set but it is correct.
