Will this unit be a direct replacement for my carrier v air ac unit?

Hey Jeff! We can make this work but the # ADV86SR alone will not be able to replace your Carrier AirV since it is an old R410A AC. This is a new R32 unit, which everything has switched to following the 2025 EPA regulations. All of these new systems require complete replacement, including the air distribution box and the thermostat. For a complete system you can choose from the following:
-Advent Air RV Air Conditioner System - Manual - 15,000 Btu - White - R32 # ADV32SR
-Advent Air RV Air Conditioner System - Single Zone - 15,000 Btu - White - R32 # ADV92SR
The manual system is designed to work with ductless setups and the single zone works with both ducted and ductless.
