The Carrier Air V RV Air Conditioner is no longer produced so a direct replacement of the same unit is not an option. However, we do have available the two Advent AC models that are designed as replacement units for the Carrier Air V. I recommend using the Advent Air Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Carrier Setup, # ACCAR150 for 13,500 Btu's or # ACCAR135 for 15,000 Btu's.

These AC units are designed to replace the Carrier air conditioner and include an adapter wiring kit that enables the AC to work with your existing Carrier setup. This new unit also has a start capacitor that helps jumpstart the AC when camp power or generator power isn't enough. This is a bolt-on installation that includes wiring harness and mounting hardware.
