Looking at UF35-946402 bumper mount hitch. Will this support a bike rack with two e-bikes. Total bike weight is 140 lbs.

Hey Danny, what you would want is the ShakeStopper Heavy Duty 2 inch hitch part # MNT72VR which has a 400 lb tongue weight capacity and was designed with heavier bike racks in mind. The hitch you mentioned only has a 100 lb capacity so it would not be what you'd want.
