Features to know about

Confident Winter Driving in Deep Snow and Ice: Diamond Pattern Keeps You Moving

These chains are built to give you consistent traction when the road disappears under snow and ice. The diamond pattern puts more links in contact with the ground than standard ladder chains, so you get steady grip and a smoother ride. The square links dig in hard to help you climb slick grades and stay in control on packed snow. When the conditions get rough, these chains bite down and keep you rolling.

No Fuss Getting Ready for the Road: Assisted Tensioning Tightens Fast

Built-in tensioners make these chains quick and simple to snug up around the tires. There’s no need to drive over the chains or lay them out in the snow first. Just connect the color-coded hooks and clips, then pull the tensioners until the fit is secure. Because the tensioners are part of the chain, you don’t need to carry extra parts or worry about losing adjusters in the snow.

Long-Lasting Strength for Harsh Winter Use: Manganese Nickel Alloy Resists Corrosion

The links are made from manganese nickel alloy steel that holds up through repeated cold-weather use. This alloy resists rust and wear better than standard carbon steel, so the chains stay strong and reliable season after season. At 5.5 mm (0.216") thick, the links are heavier than most low-profile chains, giving you extra durability without adding bulk.

Smooth Ride on Cleared Pavement and Packed Snow: Square Link Design Reduces Vibration

Unlike rough ladder-style chains that bounce over every link, the diamond pattern and square links spread out the contact points for a steadier ride. You’ll feel less vibration and get better control when driving between icy patches and plowed lanes. It’s a design that makes winter driving more comfortable while keeping full traction ready when you hit snow again.

Ready When You Need Them: Compact Storage and Wide Tire Range

Each set includes two tire chains that fit tires from 15" to 24". They come in a reusable storage bag that keeps them organized and easy to stash in the truck bed or under a seat. Whether you need them for a surprise storm or a long-planned trip through the mountains, they’re right there when conditions demand real traction.

Confirming Your Fit

If you know your tire size, you may think you won't need to test fit your new chains. But there are a lot of variables that can affect whether chains will fit your specific tires, including your tire type, the amount of air pressure in the tire, the amount of tread wear, and the tire manufacturer.

We recommend that you order chains as early in the season as possible to give yourself plenty of time to test fit the chains and reorder if needed. This way, you won't be stuck out in the cold later with snow chains that don't fit.

You can test fit these chains in your garage or driveway, but you'll want to wait until there's snow on the ground to actually drive with them. Likewise, if you're out in the snow and come across bare pavement, you'll want to pull over and remove the chains. These chains can cause damage to the bare pavement, your garage floor, or your vehicle if they break from the wear of riding on a harsh surface.

So easy (for tire chains)! I got 2 sets and am unstoppable (so far). The advice I get from etrailer is always super helpful. Great place and product.

by:

Chains are of high quality and are super easy to install

by:

Great product and amazing price with quick delivery! Over satisfied.. yeah, that’s me

by:

Recently received my order for titan snow chains, fit was as promised.fairly simple to install. (test fit in drive way) will be putting them to the test this weekend. My first time purchasing from E TRAILER customer service was outstanding. UPS had a problem finding the delivery address, got a phone call from E trailer same day to verify shipping address. A phone call ? talk to a person ? WOW, they were on point to solve a potential problem before there was a problem. It is rare to find company that will pick up a phone and personally speak with you to get it right from the beginning. Nice work E TRAILER !

I selected the Titan Diamond Alloy Snow Chains because of their innovative design. Promising the ease of installing cable chains yet having the durability of standard ladder chains.

The chains arrived promptly and I practiced installing them in the driveway. Fairly simple as advertised. Clever design. Nice storage case (not just a burlap bag). You still need to move the truck in order to re-tighten them. Fits LT275/65R20 tires perfectly.

I was a little bit disappointed about the thin gauge of the chain links. I guess that makes them lightweight and easy to install.I hope that they last past the first use. Luckily, I am only "an occasional chain user". I am not moving to Montana or Alaska with this set.

by:

Easy to put on nice carrying bag haven’t got to use them yet but I’m glad I got them

by:

Fits really well.

by:

Fits perfect and easy to install. Far superior to the big heavy ladder style. 2013 f 250

by:

Easy install

by:

Obviously I haven’t used the chains yet but I have put them on and they were easy to install and fit well.

by:

Not as easy to put on as i thought. But i should get faster with more practice. Very nice design. Can’t wait to get stuck to try them out.no stopping this bucking Bronco now.

by:

Delivery was prompt and items were as o rdered

by:

I have used these a few times in the snow and ice to be able to tow my 11000 lb fifth-wheel trailer. The provided enough traction to tow my trailer up a 6% hill from where it was parked. (chains on all four wheels 4x4)

These are easy to install. I did have an issue when trying to install after getting into some snow. I was unable to get the proper tension and they would come off. Broke a couple of links. They come with a few repair links. Once they are on properly, they are good. This was also while towing the trailer, which is really the only time I need them.

by:

These chains are by far the easiest chains I have ever put on or taken off a truck 10 minutes to put on and five minutes to take off. I am in a wheelchair so getting on the ground is not the easiest thing to do so with these chains taking so little time to put on it is a blessing. No Jack and no running them over to put them on. You may have to drive over them to take them off. Used one set last winter to plow a 6 1/2 mike gravel road and did awesome so I bought a set for the front.

Still running strong. due to my own fault I had to replace 2 links as I spun my tires on bare frozen gravel road . But they are still a amazing chain

I had a bit of a mix-up with my initial order, but Joshua B. stepped in like a pro to sort it out and get me the right chains delivered quickly. No hassle, just helpful guidance—major props to Josh for saving the day!

I threw them on my tires for a quick test fit (no full install yet), and they hugged the tread perfectly. Exactly what I needed for safe winter driving. If you’re second-guessing your tire size, just call eTrailer and they’ll help you get the correct chains. These so far are spot-on.

Thanks again, Josh—you made a potentially frustrating experience a total win. Highly recommend both the chains and this level of support!

They look like a great fit Jerry! Mix ups happen, I am happy to hear that our customer service is doing things right, wouldn't have it any other way. It is nice to be able to talk to a real human to get things resolved, such a rare thing these days unfortunately. I forwarded your great review over to Josh =) Glad we had the right fit to keep you safe during those harsh winter months.

by:

Put these on a 2018 Ford F-250 Super Duty with 20" factory wheels and tires. Fit is great, install is simple and quick. Probably not the chains you would run on a snow plow truck, but will probably be awesome for the occasional user like me. Fortunately I did not get to use them this winter... Yet.

Used the chains twice this winter. They work great, easier than others that I have had to install on the side of the road. Work well on ice, snow, and mud. Got me out of a jam twice. They are worth the money.

by:

Just received them today did a trial run in the driveway putting them on and off. As advertised easy Peezy lemon squeezy. Follow up once we hit the snow in a real situations.

by:

Great product

by:

Carry bag is really nice. Chain and cable seem to be tough to withstand anything during use. Took less than 2 minutes to wrap and connect on a tire. Just hope the same in winter. Lol….

It does fit 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 with 20” rims. So the info advertised could be updated to reflect that.

by:

I made a mistake at the beginning of the year and bought a similar set of chains off Amazon and though they fit my tires (275-65-20), it’s a 20 minute battle to just barely get them on. This new set arrived today and I was quickly able to test fit them, less then 5 minutes per tire. I don’t want to be sitting in the snow/slush and mud fighting to put the chains on. These chains will work great and was worth the cost.

by:

I have two sets of these. Easy to put on. Easy to take off. I swear by the diamond pattern design across the tire face. And this was the brand that could deliver for my tire size. I hope to have these for a long time. They gave me great peace of mind.

by:

Fits good on my truck, very easy to install. Thank you for shipping item out quickly. Got item in two days! Great job!

by:

Ordered chains for a 2025 2500 Silverado Custom Z71 quad cap tire size LT275/65R20. I installed the chains on the rear tires to check the fitment. The chains were easy to install and were tight to the tire. It took approximately ten minutes per tire for the first install. On the inside of the tire the cable had plenty of clearance to the brake lines and calipers. They are a heavy duty chain and seem very well made. I will update the review when I can do a real test in the ice and snow.

Easy on, perfect fit!! I like how they store in their own bag. The biggest issue with chains is putting them on in cold, nasty weather trying to put them on when everything is wet and frozen. These chains help that task a whole lot easier, they have a simple system to put them on and once on they are very secure so they don’t tear up fender wells. I also like how these chain are much more quiet and because how they are close to the tire they dont transfer vibrations back to the steering wheel. I like that I received them packaged securly and earlier than expected.

@Jim Thanks so much for coming back to share a one-year update, Jim! We’re really glad to hear the Titan Chain Diamond HD chains have been such a good fit and made a tough job much easier, especially in cold and messy conditions. It’s great to know you noticed the quieter ride and reduced vibration too, since those are big benefits of the diamond pattern design. We also appreciate the kind words about the packaging and delivery. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience!

The Titan Tire Chains fit the rear axle with adequate clearance. The front wheels only have about 5/8" between the inside cable connection and upper control arm. I would not recommend their use on the steer axle. The wheels are factory wheels for the Denali trim level. I cannot comment on traction nor durability as they have not been required to be used this winter.

  • Will Titan Tire Chains Fit 2026 GMC Sierra 3500HD Tire Size 275/65R20
Hey Carlos, both tire chains you mentioned # TC2335 and # TC2536 actually fit the tire size of 275/65-20 that you have. There might be an error in our fitguide if it's not showing up for your truck but either do fit. The part # TC2536 is a heavier duty chain which just means it has thicker links than the # TC2335. Since GM recommends a thinner chain with better clearances I would recommend the # TC2335. If you are in an area that requires chains but you have a vehicle that says you can't...

These have V-bar studs that are able to bite into ice. If ice isn't a major concern and something you will probably avoid then the # TC2536 might be a better option. Are those the factory tires?
