Hey Tim, welcome back. To flat tow your 2010 Toyota FJ Cruiser with the Roadmaster Sterling Tow Bar item # RM-576 you will need the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit item # 1183-1. This base plate will attach to your tow bar using the Quick Disconnect Crossbar Assembly item # 910021-00.

Here are the rest of the parts you'll need to flat tow your 2010 Toyota FJ Cruiser:
