So I need a list tow bar , brackets , or adapters to flat tow a fj cruiser 4WD auto. I’ve seen some videos of people using what they gave .... I have nothing. Rather get something new that works. Bolt on.

For Toyota FJ Cruiser models between 2007 and 2014, I recommend using the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # 1183-1. This will give you custom fit brackets that will allow you to bolt them right on with Loctite # LT37420.
Then I recommend the following:
Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch - 6,000 lbs # RM-520
Safety Cables # RM-643
Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267
Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-156-25
Brake-Lite Relay Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-88400
SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System - Proportional # SM99251
The combination of these parts will give you a great system that will give you safe transport and easy function to allow you to truly enjoy your time on the road.
Then you will also need a high-low adapter. This will need to be measured for the correct fit so I've attached an article to assist and have linked the page to all your options.
