Hi Jason!
While we definitely have options for adding a hitch to your 2007 Chevy W3500, we do not have any custom bolt on options, unfortunately.
The Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver - Weld On - Class V - 2" # 41990-16 you found would be one of the best of those options and is the one I recommend. Your frame will measure 33.5" wide (outside to outside) and with the cross tube measuring 44", you have plenty of real estate to work with. It does require welding though.
You could also use the Buyers Products Flatbed Bumper Hitch Plate w/ 2" Receiver - Ford/GM - 17K # 3371809055, but the arms/brackets are designed to fit a 34.5" wide frame. You would need to add some thin spacers to make it fit properly. It does jut out though, so depending on what you have on your frame, it may be the better way to go.
What are you planning on towing and what do you have mounted on your W3500?

Hey Jason, How did the installation go with the hitch options for your Chevy W3500? I'm curious if you found the Draw-Tite hitch to be the right fit or if you went with the Buyers Products option. Let me know how it worked out, as it could really help others in a similar situation!
