What is the width in between the frame. Does this work with only the cab and chassis trucks or will it work on a standard pickup frame? What is the height of the unit?

The Buyers Products Flatbed/Flatbed Dump Hitch Plate Bumper # 3371809055 is designed specifically for flatbeds, flatbed dump trucks and cab-and-chassis trucks with a nominal 34-inch frame width.
I measured this hitch in our warehouse to give you its primary dimensions. Please refer to the linked photo that I prepared for you.
